It is easy to get caught up in the doing for everyone else and neglect my own self care.  I am hoping this helps me to process my life so that I approach it with greater clarity, intention and grace.  I used to spend time writing and being introspective but slowly, over the years, those things have escaped me more and more.  Since starting the family blog, which has only been a few days, I can already feel the good it is doing me!
